Now listen well, or you might fall, to the fangs of Nauthie Na-tall.
Its claws are sharp like razor blades, the claws of Nauthie Na-tall.
It shows no pity to anyone, no mercy from Nauthie Na-tall.
We’ve been afraid, for centuries, of the horrible Nauthie Na-tall.
Since ancient times he’s stalked the world, this thing called Nauthie Na-tall.
It’s watching you, look out! Look out! Watch out for Nauthie Na-tall.
It’s smelled you now, you can’t escape, no escape from Nauthie Na-tall.  

Wait! There still might be a way to hide from Nauthie Na-tall.
I have a plan, a brilliant plan! You'll be safe from Nauthie Na-tall.  

Listen to me - here's what you'll do, It'll be tough, but see it through.
Build up a keep, to keep it out. Build up a wall, get started now.
Pay off an army, they'll guard you there.  Whatever it takes - who cares! Who cares!
Do it now so you'll be prepared! - For the horrible Nauthie Na-tall.  

You did it now; you built the wall. Now you'll be safe from Nauthie Na-tall.
It took ten years to build it tall, but now you don't have to fear at all...
